Many people believe that greatness is an inherited trait--or something left
to luck. This
Fortune article* bids to disagree. Write me a one page memo that
answers the following questions:
- According to the article, what is the key to excellent performance?
- What separates 'great' practice from other kinds of practice?
- According to the evidence, how long does it take to become great in a
field?
- Has research determined what motivates individuals to undertake rigorous
practice over many years?
