If you are interested in teaching UNV 101, the first step is attending the UNV 101 New Instructor Training. This is a 2-day trainging each May.

- The essential tools for teaching
From June to November, TWO faculty development workshops are required. These monthly workshops are called Lunchtime Conversations, and review:
- Teaching strategies
- Current information about Northern Kentucky University
- Ways to engage Freshman
- Instructor opportunities
