Please make a note of the dates/deadlines for the this semester's midterm grade process and pass them on to your freshman students. Additional information will be sent out as the midterm grades deadlines approach. Thank you for your assistance with this important program.
MIDTERM GRADES FOR FRESHMEN
SPRING 2011 CALENDAR

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28: Faculty may begin submission of midterm grades for freshmen online through myNKU.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28: Freshmen may begin to access midterm grades through myNKU.

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28: Faculty and Advisors may begin accessing students’ midterm grades online through myNKU.

MARCH 7-12: Spring Break

TUESDAY, MARCH 15 AT 5:00 p.m.: Faculty deadline for midterm grades submission through myNKU. The midterm grades system for faculty, automatically shuts down at 5:00 p.m..

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 16: Reports sent to Advising Center contact, for distribution to advisors, listing students with D or F grades.

MONDAY, MARCH 28: Last day to drop a course with a "W" online; last day for freshmen to access midterm grades online.
Advisors will have access to Mid-Term Grades until the end of the semester.
