Orientation
June
Scholars attending the NKU Academy will participate in Northern Exposure, a required two-day orientation session, with their parents. This program is attended by all freshmen beginning the transition into college and will familiarize scholars with NKU. Scholars will take a math placement test, receive their NKU Academy class schedule and register for their fall semester courses. The cost is $60 for scholars and $30 per parent/guest attending the program.
The 2010 NKU Academy
July 6 - August 6
The Academy begins July 6 and concludes on August 6. Scholars living on campus in the University Suites will check into their room on Monday, July 5 between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. At the conclusion of the NKU Academy on August 6, scholars will need to check out of their room by 8:00 p.m.
