Who Are We?
We receive telephone calls made to the Offices of Admissions, Bursar, Registrar, and Student Financial Assistance at NKU.
We are often the first point of contact for prospective students, current students, parents, and the community to get answers and receive assistance at NKU.
We are staffed by professional and support staff from participating offices. Additional support is provided by NKU student assistants.
Dave Merriss serves as Director of the One-Stop Phone Center.

Our mission is to maximize value to NKU, our students, parents, faculty, alumni and the community by providing the most accessible and highest quality phone services available in higher education.
