David W. Wilkerson, MSW, LISW-S, TDC Director

David Wilkerson brings nearly 25 years of experience as a clinician, administrator, and trainer to the development and management of the TDC.  He has extensive clinical experience working with adults, children, families, forensic populations, addictions services, and persons with intellectual disabilities.  He has written on the topics of community service system evaluation and best practices for the treatment of persons with co-occurring disorders.  In addition to his work at NKU, he has also served as a graduate and undergraduate field instructor at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Mr. Wilkerson provides field instruction and clinical supervision for all students from the NKU Counseling, Human Services and Social Work Programs who complete internships and field work at the TDC.

Nicole Moore, MS, LPCA

Nicole Moore is a full-time evaluator and counselor at the TDC.  She is a graduate of the NKU Community Counseling program and completed her internship with the TDC.  Following graduation, Nicole stayed on at the TDC and currently provides diagnostic assessments, eligibility determination, and clinical counseling to persons referred by the NKY Regional Mental Health Court.

 Angel Cooper, Case Manager

Angel Cooper is a case manager with the TDC.  She provides service linkage, symptom monitoring, care coordination, referral and access to services, illness education, social support and assistance with benefits and entitlements to clients at the TDC.  Angel has extensive experience connecting people with mental health and social services throughout Northern Kentucky in all service systems.

Christie Wrobleski, BSW, Case Manager

Christie joined the TDC team in July 2009 as a case manager.  She earned her BSW from the Social Work program at NKU and has worked in the children’s services and disabilities fields since graduation.  Christie’s position is funded by a grant from the Kentucky Department of Corrections which provides for case management services for clients of the Northern Kentucky Regional Mental Health Court.

Cheryl Anderson

Cheryl Alderson, MSW, Case Manager

Cheryl holds a BA in Psychology from NKU and an MSW from the University of Kentucky.  She has seven years of experience in community social service as an investigative worker for the Cabinet of Health and Family Services and has also worked with Kenton County Schools as a mental health day treatment coordinator for at-risk students.  She is a member of the TDC case management team and works with clients referred by the Northern Kentucky Regional Mental Health Court.
