Fees

Mediation Fees

The standard fee for a mediation is $125.00 per hour. This rate, however, may vary depending on the nature of the mediation. The fee per case can be determined on a case by case basis.  

Organization/Business

The fee per case is the total of the processing fee ($25.00 per party) plus $150.00 per hour.

OR

A fee established by a written Memorandum of Understanding between the Organization and the NKU ADR Center.

Arbitration Fees

The fee for arbitration services provided by the NKU Alternative Dispute Resolution Center varies according to the nature of the parties involved and type of service. One of the following will be applied: The fee per case is the total of a processing fee of $50.00 plus an arbitrator fee which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

OR

A fee established by a written Memorandum of Understanding between the Organization and the NKU Alternative Dispute Resolution Center.
