Department of Management

The Management Department offers four undergraduate degrees and one executive graduate degree.  Programs focus on the effective management and leadership of people, operations, and organizations in a variety of industries and contexts. 

Management

The Bachelor of Science in Management will prepare you with the fundamental personal, interpersonal, conceptual, and technical knowledge and skills you need to manage organizational operations and resources effectively in a wide range of organizations. 

Entrepreneurship

With a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, you will find career opportunities in consulting firms, new business start-up firms, commercial lending institution, and private equity firms. 

Human Resource Management

A Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management prepares graduates to help organizations deal with the challenge of managing today’s workforce in a small business, a corporation, a non-profit organization, or a multinational operation. 

Business Administration

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration will be of particular value if you prefer a broad overview of business courses. With this major you have the opportunity to create a program of interdisciplinary study from upper-division courses in the College of Business.

Executive Leadership and Organizational Change (ELOC)

The Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change is designed for students who have work experience in positions with significant decision-making authority.  The program strives to prepare students to become effective transformational leaders.  The graduates of this program will be able to effectively and strategically manage their resources and develop their organizations.  

The degrees in the Department of Management are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AASCB) which places our program in the top 15% of business schools in the world.  Prospective employers value this certification of quality that accompanies our degrees.
