Each year, faculty members in the Chemistry Department honor students with awards for their outstanding efforts.The award-winners for the 2009-2010 academic year were:
- Outstanding Senior Award – Josh Abell & Dennis Ashford
- Outstanding Freshman Award – To Be Awarded Spring 2011
- Gamma Sigma Epsilon Service Awards – Anthony Haskamp and Jessica Baumann

- Outstanding Senior Award – Chris Miller
