Bachelor of Science - Forensics Track

For students interested in a forensic science career, this track of study provides a solid background in chemistry and other basic knowledge necessary to work in the criminal justice system.

Due to the complexity of this program, it is critical that students work closely with their assigned advisor from the very beginning.

While students completing this major are not required to complete a minor or an area of concentration, we strongly recommend completing the minor in criminalistics offered by the Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice. By doing so, students they will be much better prepared to work with other law enforcement professionals.
