Oct 07, 2009 - The NKU Chase Transactional Law Practice Center was pleased to host guest speaker Professor Tina L. Stark this week. Professor Stark is the Executive Director of Emory's Center for Transactional Law and Practice.

Last night Professor Stark joined Chase faculty, alumni, students, and local attorneys at a dinner held in her honor. The dinner was held at the home of Professor Rick Bales. Professor Stark gave a lunch presentation to students and faculty on the topic, "Talking the Talk: How to Identify Business Issues." The presentation was followed by a brief contracts exercise and a Q&A session. Following the lunch presentation, Stark gave presentations in Professor Christopher Gulinello's corporations class, and also in Professor Sherry Porter's contract drafting class. Professor Porter is the director of the Transactional Law Practice Center.
