- Chase Alum Appointed to KBA Commission

Shane Sidebottom, '99
Apr 24, 2009 - The Kentucky Supreme Court appointed NKU Chase alum Shane Sidebottom '99 to serve on the Continuing Legal Education Commission of the Kentucky Bar Association. He will be one of seven people overseeing lawyers' continuing legal education and requirements. Mr. Sidebottom will represent the Sixth Judicial District in a term beginning July 1 and ending June 30, 2012.
Sidebottom practices at Wolnitzek & Rowekamp in Covington, specializing in U.S. Immigration Law, International Adoptions, 1983 Civil Rights, Kentucky Whistleblower Actions, General Federal and State Civil Litigation, Family Law, and Criminal Law. He is a member of the Kentucky, Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati Bar Associations; AILA-American Immigration Lawyers Association; Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys, and Legacy-Forward Quest. He was recognized in the 2003-04 America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals and in the 2005-06 Strathmore's Who's Who. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, U.S. District Court (Eastern District of Kentucky and Southern District of Ohio), and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
