Profile

Professor Valuari teaches Constitutional Law and Criminal Law at Chase. In addition, he has taught Criminal Procedure, a seminar in Constitutional Interpretation, Jurisprudence, and Trial Advocacy and has directed the Clinical program. Valauri is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School. Valauri is a member of the New York State Bar and a former special assistant attorney general for the Office of the Special Prosecutor, New York State Department of Law. Valauri has written and published articles in the area of constitutional law.
