Nov 05, 2009 - PAD will host guest speaker Blaine Edmonds, a 2005 Chase graduate. He is going to speak on small firm associate life and professionalism at the small firm and in the local legal community. Mr. Edmonds works for Nielson & Sherry, PSC in Newport, Kentucky. He graduated magna cum laude from Chase, where he spent two years on the Northern Kentucky Law Review both as a staff writer and as the Intellectual Property Symposium Editor. Blaine has co-authored two articles: V. Brandon McGrath and Blaine J. Edmonds, A Survey of Kentucky Insurance Law: A Look at the Bad Faith Cause of Action, 31 N. Ky. Law Rev. 139 (2004); and Derek D. Humfleet & Blaine Edmonds, The Shocking Truth About Cases Involving Electricity in Kentucky, The Advocate, Volume 31, No. 1, January/February 2004.
