PAD Bowling League Sign-ups

Sep 16, 2009 - PAD Bowling League begins Thursday, September 24!! Signups will be held at NOON this coming Wednesday, September 16 on the third floor. Please see the team information sheet here. The information sheet needs to be completed and turned in at that time of registration. Cost is $10 per person ($50 a team), plus an additional $10 for anyone that would like to buy a t-shirt. You do not have to give us the money when you sign up, once we confirm you have a spot in the league, we will then contact you for the money. If you do not turn in the team fee in by the deadline given at that time, we will give your spot away. The same selection process will be used as was implemented last Spring, whereby it benefits your team to be comprised of as many PAD members as possible. There are only 16 spots available, so it is very important that you put your team together and get your papers turned in as early as possible. Please note that the team fee covers t-shirt costs, and that you will pay and additional $8 per week to play two games, and the league lasts for eight weeks ending November 12.
