Business Boot Camp

Aug 17, 2009 - What is Business Boot Camp? It is designed for law students to work in small groups on a transaction to address the business issues (not the legal issues) in a transaction over the course of a week. This will help you to understand a transaction from the business perspective and allow you to add value to the deal. You cannot find a more practical program to teach you the business side of a transaction! You to be able to view a transaction through your client's eyes - you will then understand in context where the legal and business issues intersect!

Cost - Free to all NKU Chase upper level students (must be able to attend all program sessions which will run from approximately 9 - 4 each week day and from 9 - noon on Saturday). Daily presentations will be held at local law firms, accounting firms, banks and business board rooms and participants will work with a highly qualified faculty of local CPA's, bankers, insurance agents, business people and attorneys.

Register for BBC by emailing Sherry Porter.

Open to first 20 students who register. Need contact info, section to express reason for interest in BBC, confirmation that the student will attend ALL of the days of programming and polo shirt size.
