On-Campus Interview Program
One of the conveniences of the On-Campus Interview (OCI) Program is that the Career Development Office collects resume materials (including cover letters, resumes, transcripts, writing samples, etc.) as requested by employers and mails them as a group to employers' offices and schedules all of the interviews at NKU Chase at the employer's requested date and time. The Career Development Office customizes schedules to fit employers' needs, for example by scheduling back-to-back interviews at 20 or 30 minute time intervals. Many employers find OCI convenient because they can schedule multiple interviews within a short period of time and quickly assess all applicants contemporaneously.
