Financial Aid
Financial assistance is administered through the NKU Office of Student Financial Assistance. This office is located in Lucas Administrative Center, Room 416. To contact the Office of Student Financial Assistance, you may:

The NKU Office of Student Financial Assistance participates in the following Federal Aid Programs:
- Federal Stafford Loan Program
- Graduate/Professional PLUS Loan
- Federal Perkins Loan
- Federal Work-Study
In order to determine your eligibility for any of the federal aid programs, you:
- Must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The Title IV code for NKU is 009275.
- Must be admitted to the university with a complete financial aid file.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen with a valid Social Security Number.
- Must be registered with Selective Service www.sss.gov if you are male between the ages of 18-25.
- Must maintain satisfactory academic progress.
- Must not have defaulted on a federal student loan or owe a Title IV grant repayment.
- Must not have been convicted of drug sale or possession while receiving federal aid.
