Part-time Evening Division
NKU Chase provides individuals who can not attend law school on a full-time basis with the opportunity to pursue a law degree through its part-time, evening program. In addition to attracting students from the Northern Kentucky /Greater Cincinnati area, the program attracts students from Louisville, Lexington, Dayton, Frankfort, and other cities in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. Parents, educators, businesspeople, health care professionals and others enroll in the part-time, evening program each year.
The evening division meets three nights per week, although students are occasionally required to attend events on other evenings. Classes begin at 6:30 p.m., which provides working students sufficient time to attend class, and generally end by 9:15 p.m..
Evening students typically take four years to complete their degree, which requires taking classes during the summer sessions. The graduation requirements are identical to the requirements for full-time students, and NKU Chase strives to provide evening students with the same opportunities to pursue both extra-curricular and co-curricular opportunities as the full-time students enjoy.
At NKU Chase, we believe that you should not have to put your dreams on hold just because you work full-time or have other commitments to family and community. If your dream is to obtain a legal education, we offer you the opportunity earn your law degree through our part-time, evening division.
