Five progressive levels of instruction designed to help swimmers of all ages learn stroke techniques, personal water safety skills, and methods of basic water rescue. There is no minimum age to enroll in the learn to swim program. Below are the different levels offered:
- Aquababies A: Developed for children 6 months to 5 years of age and their parents. Level A is for children with little or no prior experience in the water. Parents will be required to be in the water with their children.
- Aquababies B: Developed for children 6 months to 5 years of age and their parents. Level B is designed for children with some experience in the water who require floatation support at all times, are reluctant to submerge (or won't at all), and who benefit from having a parent with them at all times. Parents will be required to accompany their children in the water.
- Level I: Introduction to Water Skills
- Level II: Fundamental Aquatic Skills
- Level III: Stroke Development
- Level IV: Stroke Improvement
- Level V: Stroke Refinement
We offer Private lessons available to all ages and all levels of swimming. Private lessons are one-on-one lessons that go through the first 5 levels of the Learn to Swim Program at the participants pace. The lessons are scheduled around the participants time and date requests.
