Don’t know where to start…we’ll show you the way! The Department of Campus Recreation has personal trainers that are trained to help you with goals such as: Weight Loss, Strength Building, Flexibility, Aerobic Fitness and Muscle Toning. All trainers are nationally certified.

Packages & Rates

  • Jump Start (3 Sessions): $54 students / $81 Non-Students
  • Shifting Gears (6 Sessions): $102 students / $144 Non-Students
  • Cruise Control (12 Sessions): $192 students / $252 Non-Students
  • Pit Stop (1 Session): $20 students / $30 Non-Students
  • Buddy Sessions (3 Sessions): $90 students / $120 Non-Students
  • Fitness Assessment (1/2 hour): $15
