Campus Recreation Center [CRC]-

located on the 1st floor of the Albright Health Center

Main Activity Area [MAA] -

This is a large area with a high quality wood floor that can be used as one large activity area, any combination 2-3 smaller activity areas (using motorized divider curtains), three basketball courts, three volleyball courts, or 9 badminton courts. Several mats line the perimeter of the MAA for stretching and other exercising and a pull up bar is located in one corner of the MAA.

Multi-Purpose Room -

The multi-purpose room has a hardwood floor and speaker system which is used for Physical Education classes, Recreation Group Fitness classes and other sponsored programs. This room is to be used only with prior approval and is not open for informal recreation.

Racquetball Courts -

The CRC has three racquetball courts which can be reserved by our members. In addition, two of the courts can be used for Wallyball which is a fun game using a combination of volleyball and racquetball rules.

Pool -

The CRC pool is an “L” shaped pool 25 meters by 25 yards with six swimming lanes, two one-meter diving boards and one three-meter diving board. Pool dept ranges from 3 feet 7 inches to 13 feet. A carpeted viewing area and a variety of swimming equipment and toys are available.

Fitness Room -

The CRC Fitness room contains a full circuit of free weights, Cybex Eagle and Hammer Strength plate loaded weights. In addition our cardiovascular area has treadmills, elliptical trainers, upright stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, and stair steppers. For your convenience, TV’s, music, magazines and a scale are provided.

Locker Rooms -

Several locker rooms with lockers, showers, hair driers, toilets, and sinks are available. Locker rentals are also available.

Sauna -

A dry heat sauna is located in the hall leading from the student locker rooms to the pool.

Indoor Track -

A 1/9th of a mile, four lane indoor track is located above the Main Activity Area.

Equipment Issue -

A variety of both indoor and outdoor equipment can be check out at no charge from the Equipment Issue counter:

• Indoor:basketballs, volleyballs, indoor soccer balls, racquetball rackets (*), racquetballs, hand weights, small work out towels and large shower towels (**), locks (*), badminton equipment, wallyball equipment, swim fins, swim goggles, and jump ropes.
• Outdoor: footballs, basketballs, soccer balls, and tennis equipment.
  
  All equipment checkout is free unless noted as rental by an asterisk. (*) = $.50 fee, (**)= $1.00 fee

Sand Volleyball Courts -

The ORC has two sand volleyball courts with high quality volleyball sand, nets, boundary markers, and lights. A water fountain and small shower are located close by.

Outdoor Basketball Courts  -

The ORC has two outdoor basketball courts with a water fountain close by.

Intramural Fields -

The intramural fields consists of three flag football fields, two softball fields (with backstops and bench areas), a soccer field and an equipment building.
