Intramural Sports Registration

To register to play any Intramural Sport event, you must fill out either the "Team Entry Form" or the "Free Agent Entry Form".  

Team Entry Form - The team entry form is for people who want to register for a team sport and alreadly know who they want on their team.

Free Agent Entry Form - The free agent form is for for individuals who want to play a team sport, but do not have a team to play on. Fill out this form, and we will place you on a already existing team.
