The Campus Recreation Center pool is a 6 lane L-shape running 25 yards by 25 meters. Depth ranges from 3½ ft. in the shallow end to 13 ft. in the diving well. Typically, we try to have two lanes available for lap swimming and the remaining lanes left open for free swim. In addition, the following equipment is available in the pool area: kick boards, pull buoys, fins, paddles, noodles, dumbbells, barbells, a basketball hoop, basketballs, water polo ball, and miscellaneous pool toys.
A new Portable Aquatic Lift is available upon request. The purchase of the PAL was made possible by a grant from the Christopher Reeves foundation. This lift is self-operated by the push of a button and 100% waterproof. Please see lifeguards for use of the lift.
Pool hours are listed on the Facilities Hours of Operation page.
For a schedule of swim and dive team practices as well as Physical Education classes, go to the Facility Schedule.
