NKU CROSS COUNTRY TEAMS COMPETE IN FLORIDA

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - The Northern Kentucky University cross country teams competed at the Walt Disney World Classic in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., on Saturday. The Norse men posted a ninth-place finish, and the NKU women finished 12th.

In the women’s race, NKU’s Tabatha Smith finished 35th with a time of 20:48 in the five-kilometer event.

In the men’s race, Shannon Menning was NKU’s top finisher (46th place) with a time of 29:42 in the eight-kilometer event.
