Norse extend GLVC win streak to 41 |

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Jamie OHara posted a 6-2, 6-3 win over Michelle Lenahan in No. 1 singles competition Saturday as the Northern Kentucky University womens tennis team defeated the University of Southern Indiana, 8-1. OHara also teamed with Juliana Hite for an 8-3 win at No. 1 doubles as NKU won its 41st consecutive match against Great Lakes Valley Conference competition. NKU has not lost to a GLVC foe since Lewis University posted a 5-4 win against the Norse during the 1997 GLVC Championships. OHara is now 35-0 all-time against GLVC competition in No. 1 singles action. NKU - which also posted a 9-0 win against Kentucky Wesleyan College on Friday - is now 2-0 overall, 2-0 in the GLVC.
