Norse extend GLVC win streak to 42 |

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Senior Jamie OHara improved to 36-0 all-time against Great Lakes Valley Conference opponents Wednesday with a 6-2, 6-0 win over Lori Rinehard as the Northern Kentucky University womens tennis team defeated Bellarmine University, 9-0. Senior Juliana Hite recorded a victory at No. 2 singles as NKU (3-0) won its 42nd consecutive match against Great Lakes Valley Conference competition. NKU has not lost to a GLVC foe since Lewis University posted a 5-4 win against the Norse during the 1997 GLVC Championships. OHara is now 36-0 all-time against GLVC competition in No. 1 singles action. OHara is the three-time GLVC Player of the Year, and she has gone three sets against a conference opponent just once in her career.
