Moore, Ruark named NCAA Division II first team All-Americans |

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Northern Kentucky University womens soccer players Betsy Moore and Tricia Ruark have been named NCAA Division II first team All-Americans by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Moore, a graduate of McAuley High School in Cincinnati, was named Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Year this season. A senior forward, Moore finished her career as NKUs all-time leader with 70 goals. This is the third consecutive year that Moore has been named first team All-America. Ruark, a graduate of Seton High School in Cincinnati, completed her career as the Norses all-time leader with 61 assists. A senior midfielder, Ruark earned first team All-America honors for the second straight season. During their four years, Moore and Ruark led NKU to an 81-10-5 record and four GLVC championships. NKU finished with a 22-2 record this season and advanced to the NCAA Division II Final Four.
