NKU’S WINSTEL EARNS COACHING HONOR

Winstel named WBCA District 4 Coach of the Year

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Northern Kentucky University women’s basketball head coach Nancy Winstel has been selected WBCA District 4 Coach of the Year.

Winstel, who also earned GLVC Coach of the Year honors for the second straight season, has led NKU to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight and a 29-2 record this year. Winstel is now among eight finalists for WBCA Division II National Coach of the Year honors.
