Norse baseball team to meet Indianapolis Wednesday at NKU

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - The Northern Kentucky University baseball team will play host to the University of Indianapolis in a Great Lakes Valley Conference doubleheader this Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Bill Aker Baseball Complex at Friendship Field.

A single game was originally scheduled to be played at Indianapolis this Wednesday, and a doubleheader was slated to be played at NKU on May 1. The two schools, however, switched home dates and NKU will visit Indianapolis on May 1 for a single game.

NKU is 17-16 overall, and the Norse lead the GLVC with an 8-3 record. Indianapolis is 20-13 overall, 10-5 in the GLVC.
