NKU TO MEET NO. 5 CHARLESTON (W.Va.) SATURDAY

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - The Northern Kentucky University men’s soccer team will play host to unbeaten (12-0) University of Charleston (W. Va.) at 3:30 p.m. this Saturday at Town & Country Sports Complex.

Charleston is ranked No. 5 nationally in the NCAA Division II men’s soccer poll. A year ago, the Golden Eagles handed NKU a 2-1 loss at Charleston, W. Va.

NKU will also play the University of Missouri-Rolla at 7 p.m. this Friday at Town & Country Sports Complex. That match was originally scheduled for this Sunday at 4 p.m., but the two teams will now meet on Friday night.

NKU is 6-5-1 overall and will travel to Louisville, Ky., on Wednesday to meet Bellarmine College in a Great Lakes Valley Conference match. NKU is 3-4-1 and in seventh place in the GLVC standings.
