NKU DEFEATS UW-PARKSIDE, 83-71

Norse improve to 8-0 with victory

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Craig Conley scored 19 points and made all 10 of his free throw attempts Saturday afternoon as the Northern Kentucky University men’s basketball team defeated the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, 83-71, in Regents Hall.

Conley also had five assists and six rebounds for the Norse. Carl Mitchell added 16 points as NKU improved to 8-0 overall, 2-0 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference. The Norse have now won 20 consecutive home games dating back to the 1998-99 season.

NKU now leads the all-time series with UW-Parkside, 10-1, and the Norse are 6-0 all-time in Regents Hall against the Rangers. NKU is ranked No. 4 nationally in the Division II poll.
