During his senior year at Elder, Brown set a Panther single-season record by batting .486. He also put together a 33-game hitting streak and was named the Greater Catholic League’s Player of the Year in 2000.

•Aaron Crenshaw, a 2003 graduate of Louisville Southern High School. Crenshaw earned All-Region honors as a junior and senior. He was also named Southern’s most valuable player the past two years.

Brown and Crenshaw will join an NKU baseball program that posted a 28-24 overall record in 2003. The Norse also finished 15-15 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
