ANDERSON RECEIVES GLVC HONOR

NKU junior named GLVC Player of the Week

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Northern Kentucky University’s Jeff Anderson has been named the Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Week in men’s soccer. Anderson, a junior forward, scored three goals and had three assists as the Norse swept a pair of road contests this weekend. He scored a pair of goals, including the game-winner with two seconds left in regulation Friday, as NKU defeated the University of Missouri-St. Louis, 3-2. Anderson added a goal and a pair of assists Sunday as the Norse defeated the University Southern Indiana, 3-1, in Evansville, Ind.
