HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Tickets for Northern Kentucky University’s four basketball exhibitions - men's contests at Cincinnati and Xavier, and women's games at Kentucky and Indiana - can be ordered now.

The NKU men's Nov. 1 game at Cincinnati begins at 7 p.m., and tickets can be purchased for $10 each. The game will be played at Fifth Third Arena on the Clifton campus.

On that same night, the NKU women will travel to Lexington, Ky., to meet Kentucky at 7 p.m. in Memorial Coliseum. Tickets are $5 for both that game and the Norse's Nov. 6 exhibition contest at Bloomington, Ind., against Indiana.

The NKU/IU game is scheduled for 7 p.m. in Assembly Hall.

The Norse men close out their exhibition schedule Nov. 6 at 7 p.m. by taking on Xavier in the Cintas Center. Tickets for that event are $15 per person. The price includes a pregame reception inside the Cintas Center on Xavier’s campus. The reception will begin at 6 p.m.

Both NKU teams are preseason favorites to capture the Great Lakes Valley Conference East titles. The Norse women posted a 27-5 record last season and return five starters and 11 letterwinners from that team.

The NKU men finished 17-11 last season and return three starters. The Norse also add an impressive group of newcomers for 2006-07.
