AT NKU: Enters his fourth year with the Norse…solid pitcher who emerged as a leader out of the bullpen...one of four team captains as voted on by his peers. 2008: Appeared in 24 games with one start…compiled a 5-2 record with four saves…earned All-GLVC third team accolades…led the team in numerous pitching categories including opponent batting average (.167), saves (4), appearances (24), games finished (18), games in relief (23), and strikeouts per nine innings (10.34)…pitched five innings of relief action against Grand Valley State in the opening game for both teams in the North Central Regional in which NKU won 9-4 in 11 innings. 2007: Appeared in eight games out of the bullpen…had a 6.43 earned run average in 14 innings…finished with a record of 0-1 while collecting 16 strikeouts…pitched 4 1/3 innings giving up just one run and striking out four in relief action against St. Joseph’s College on April 4. 2006: Appeared in 11 games and started seven...compiled a 3.43 earned run average in 39 1/3 innings...finished with a 4-2 record and 26 strikeouts.
