This report deals with the American Association of University Professors' concerns about the growing use and exploitation of part-time and non-tenure-track faculty. The report also recommends policies which will diminish over-reliance on non-tenure-track faculty and provide appropriate professional support to enable those who remain to contribute fully to their profession.
