Director for Administration
As Director for Administration, Ms. Sweeney works with the dean to develop and implement departmental and college goals in relation to the Mission of the College and the University’s Strategic Agenda. She works closely with departmental chairs, faculty, and staff within the college, as well as those outside the college and Academic Affairs, to assist in developing programs, promoting growth, and resolving conflicts. She is charged with administering funds for the College; assisting with the interpretation of college and university policies and procedures for college administrators, faculty, and staff; managing special projects to analyze and advance the college; training and assisting new department chairs; and supervising and directing office personnel in organizing and completing select activities and recurring projects.
