Dr. Samuel J. ZacharyDean Dr. Zachary was appointed dean of the College of Arts & Sciences in 2010. He served as interim dean during the 2009-2010 academic year. Prior to that, he spent four years as Associate Dean for Curriculum and Facilities, working closely with the dean and department chairs on issues related to curriculum, facilities, technology, planning and assessment, education, and more. He coordinated the annual collaborative faculty-student grant, annual catalog edits and technology inventories and replacements, and represented the college on assorted university committees while otherwise assisting the dean and department chairs in addressing the college’s strategic agenda. As professor of theatre, Dr. Zachary teaches across the undergraduate and graduate curriculum. |

Dr. Bill Attenweiler
Associate Dean and Director of Integrative Studies As the director of Integrative Studies, Dr. Attenweiler oversees the undergraduate and graduate programs. He develops and implements policies, organizes marketing strategies and assists students and faculty members associated with the programs. As associate dean, he assists the dean and department chairs on projects associated with the college strategic agenda, and represents the dean's office on various committees including Graduate Council, University Curriculum Committee and the Teacher Education Committee. |
