Facilities

The College of Arts and Sciences takes pride in the state-of-the-art  facilities its departments use to enhance student learning and research. 

We use computers and other high-tech equipment in our classrooms, science laboratories and music studios that enable students to expand their minds and develop their talents. 

Here are a few examples of the impressive facilities in our departments:

  • Biological Sciences -- Scanning Electron Microscopes capable of preparing organic and inorganic samples.

  • Chemistry -- Labs with high-tech equipment, including a spectrometer that's used to identify organic compounds.

  • Physics -- Experimental stations with computers and data analysis software.

  • Music -- - Computer lab with 10 stations and a wide selection of musical software. 

  • Visual Arts -- Digital photography lab with computers, projectors and large-image printers.

  • World Languages and Literatures -- Language lab with computer software and compact disc players to improve language skills.
