Anthropology Alumni Club

Alumni

Founded in 1995, the Anthropology Alumni Club is open to all graduates of the NKU anthropology program (those who majored or minored or had a concentration in anthropology, applied cultural studies, archaeology, or Native American studies). There are no dues, and membership is free. The 2007-2008 President is anthropology alumnus Eric Bates (email). The faculty contact is Dr. Sharlotte Neely (email). The club sponsors social events, such as nights at the movies (friends and family of alumni are invited); a holiday reception in December; and a reception in May to honor all graduating anthropology seniors. The club participates in careers workshops and other events attended by current anthropology majors in order to network with these students. Each year the alumni present a $200 book award to a deserving junior anthropology major. You may also want to use the new Alumni Connect community at NKU.
