Appealing a Course Evaluation - NKU
Re-Evaluation Process
Students who feel that their transfer course evaluation
should be given further consideration toward another NKU course can request
a review by following the NKU Re-Evaluation Process described below:
Students seeking a re-evaluation of a general studies course need to
go to the Office of the Dean of Arts & Sciences (Founders Hall 330).
The students will fill out a re-evaluation form and should supply a course
syllabus. The academic advisors in the Dean's Office will review the
re-evaluation request. The decision by the Dean's Office is final, and
will be forwarded to the Office of Admissions Transfer Services. The
Transfer Services Office will notify the student of the final decision.
Students seeking a re-evaluation for a major requirement course may
do so by contacting the chair of their academic department. For
consideration, a course syllabus should be attached to the request.
The decision of the department chair is final, and will be forwarded to the
Office of Admissions Transfer Services. The Transfer Services Office
will notify the student of the final decision.
