I am learning so much here at NKU and learning new things about myself.  My college experience has consisted of continuously meeting new and interesting people while enjoying new experiences.  

I am very proud of the fact that I helped start a campus organization.  The organization's name is Schools for Schools.  We plan fun events that raise money and create awareness to rebuild schools in Uganda.  In Northern Uganda, children are being forced from their villages to be soldiers in the Lord's Resistant Army.   Have you seen the movie, Blood Diamond? It is similar to that.  My involvement in Schools for Schools is all about making life better for the students of Uganda.   

There are so many great opportunities to learn here at NKU, but I think you should come and experience it yourself.
