Welcome to NKU! Every university provides a unique experience – at NKU, we focus on small class sizes that average only 24 students and a commitment to student and faculty interaction. You will take part in lively classroom discussion, internship and co-op experiences and research projects. NKU creates an atmosphere like that of a private university.  When first-year students were asked what they enjoyed most about NKU, over 90% said "small class sizes" and the "involvement of NKU faculty and staff."

Announcement: Qualified new freshmen who apply for admission after July 1, 2009, and are found to have more than one academic deficiency will be deferred to the Spring Semester. Students who meet our regular admission standard (no deficiencies) and those with one deficiency will continue to be admitted for the fall.  Click here for more details.
