Student Organizations

Anointed Voices Gospel Choir

Founded in 1993, this organization was formed to spiritually uplift and sing songs of praise throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.

Black United Students (BUS)

Established on Northern's campus in 1976, BUS serves as the umbrella organization for all black students.

Black Women's Organization (BWO)

Organized in 1982, BWO was formed to promote mutual understanding and friendship among black women in order to provide a common voice in the university community and to encourage higher education.

Black Men's Organization (BMO)

Organized in 1998, BMO was formed to promote mutual understanding and friendship among black males in order to develop leaders and encourage black men to take their responsibility as a vital member in our society.
