The Residential Village is a 147,000 gross square feet project that provides housing for 600 students in efficiency, and one, two and three-bedroom units. It includes Woodcrest Apartments, Norse Hall and Norse Commons. The housing units are designed to meet the needs of today's students, emphasizing self-sufficiency for upper-division students. The units have bedrooms; living, dining and kitchen areas; and compartmented bathrooms. Each has been designed to provide maximum privacy for each student. Woodcrest Apartments is located at the western edge of the residential area, and primarily contains one and three-bedroom apartments.
