Norse Commons includes a 300-seat dining facility and kitchen, meeting rooms, recreation room, laundry room, convenience store, and the Residential Life offices. The Residential Village project was designed as a series of gateways, providing a pedestrian circulation system and landscaped courtyards that are planned to foster a sense of community. The Residential Village project, which was finished in 1992, also includes Norse Hall and Woodcrest Apartments.
