Northern Fare Food Court

Northern Fare Food Court is located on the second level in the new Student Union.  The building features design and programming that brings the University well into the 21st Century. Northern Fare Food Court is home to seven unique dining destinations, including:

• Mondo Subs - Unlike any other sub brand you have ever seen, featuring high quality sub sandwiches, signature sides, soups and distinctive warm spiced chips.
• Olo Sushi - Provides made-to-order sushi and a diverse selection of convenient ready-to-go packages, making it especially well situated for customers on a tight schedule. 
• Coyote Jack's - Serves char-grilled burgers, chicken and seasoned fries with a southwestern flair. CJ's also serves a variety of breakfast options.
• Zone Mexicana - Takes your taste buds to exotic regions like Oaxaca and Yucatan. Create burritos, tacos, salads and/or rice bowls just the way you like them. Apetito Bueno!
• Fusions - Features rotisserie chicken, rotating entrees, vegetarian entrees, carved sandwiches, delicious sides and fresh vegetables. Wholesome, convenient and great-tasting meals!
• Chef Yan Can Cook - Taste the authentic, fresh flavors of China, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam brought to you by Chef Martin Yan.
• Mamma Leone's - An authentic pizza concept that features New York style pizza, made-to-order pasta, salad pizzas, Italian breadsticks and cinnamon sticks.

Also located in the New Student Union are:

• Outtakes Quick Cuisine Convenience Store - Features grab-n-go salads and sandwiches, hot soups, a variety of snacks and bottled beverages.
• Edy's Ice Cream - Features hand-dipped ice cream, shakes, smoothies, banana splits and other delicious treats.
• Starbucks - Features gourmet coffee and espresso beverages as well as pastries and snacks.
