Welcome to Residential Living at NKU

Leaving home to attend college is a big step toward your future.  Our goal is to provide you with an affordable, safe and supportive environment that promotes success.  We hope that you will choose to make University Housing part of your future.

Whether you prefer apartments, suites or traditional style living, NKU has something for you. Hundreds of students call one of our residence halls home. Both nine and twelve month contracts are available. One bill includes your rent, utilities including electricity, water, sewer, local phone service, cable TV, internet access, and maintenance.

Residential Village Policies

These policies are in place to assist residents in understanding what is necessary to create a safe, secure, and livable community. While most residents hold values that would naturally cause them to live by these policies, it is important they be written so all residents know what is expected from the community and its members.

All residential village policies are derivatives of Northern Kentucky University's Governing Regulations and/or Administrative Regulations or of Prohibited Conduct as outlined in the University Student Handbook. Students found in violation of any of these policies may be subject to disciplinary actions.
