President Mearns to Deliver Fall Convocation
and State of the University Address Aug. 17
HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky University community is invited to President Geoffrey S. Mearns’ first major address as president on Friday, Aug. 17, at 9:30 a.m. in Greaves Concert Hall. The annual Fall Convocation and State of the University Address is the official start of the new academic year.
President Mearns will reflect on the university’s accomplishments over the past 12 months and look ahead to new challenges and opportunities. A continental breakfast reception will be held in the lobby of Greaves Hall from 8:15-9:15 a.m.
